Returns & Exchange Policy

We do not offer free shipping labels for returns and exchanges. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to send back a purchased item.

 

Refunds

We only offer store credit once we receive the item. We do not offer refunds.

 

Exchanges

In order to exchange, you must return your item first. We will issue you store credit, in which you can then repurchase any available items.

 

 

Product Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from us that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

 

 

Damaged Items

Defective items MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter. To do so, please contact admin@naked-zebra.com  with photos clearly identifying the damage.

 

 

Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at admin@naked-zebra.com within 7 days of receiving your package with photos clearly identifying the incorrect item.

 

 

Final Sale

Certain sales, promotions and one time products will be marked as final sale.

 

 

Price Adjustment

We do NOT allow price adjustments on any of the items. 

Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
