PROMOTION RETURNS

BOGO, Tiered Promotion

No returns are permitted.

Exchanges are only allowed with item(s) of equal or lesser value. The difference will not be compensated.

The first exchange cycle is free.  

Prices are subject to change without any notice, and prices cannot be adjusted after being sold. There shall be no refund of the pricing difference. 

Percentage Based Promotion

No returns of percentage based promotion item(s) are permitted with the exception of the codes "FIRST20" and "FIRSTBUY"

Exchanges with amount differences are permitted. However, if the value of returning item(s) exceed that of the new one, the difference will be paid in store credit only. If the value of returning item(s) is lower than that of the new value, the customer is responsible to pay the difference for the exchange(s) to be made. Please note that if exchange is made with the same item(s) within 15 days, the discount code will be honored.

Returns & Exchanges

You must email hello@naked-zebra.com for Return Authorization (RA) within fifteen (15) days from receipt of item(s). Once the RA is issued, return item(s) must be shipped out to our location within 5 business days. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

  • Within our 'Time Limit Policy:'
    - If item(s) are WORN, store Credit ONLY is issued. ‘Credit Only Policy.’
    - If item(s) are NEVER worn, exchange, refund, or credit is issued upon request. Customer pays for return freight.
    - If item(s) are a manufacturer defect (verified by our RA team), exchange, refund, or credit is issued upon request. Company may accept a return freight upon verification of manufacturer defect.
  • Company will not be responsible for all returns without RA # irrelevant to proof of delivery (POD).

Returning by Mail (U.S.), UPS, or FedEx

Authorized RA # must be displayed on the outside of the return box or on return label. Upon receipt of the box, it will be processed within 5 business days excluding holidays.

Exchanges

For the best service and selection assistance, please order your replacement items via email at admin@naked-zebra.com.

  • Only one exchange cycle made during a promotional sale period will be permitted free of charge. 
  • This only includes orders made within the promotion period as well as  regular sales items.
  • Exchanges made from regular priced items will be processed free of charge. However, exchanges made on and after the second cycle will incur shipping charge(s) and 20% restocking fee before tax & shipping.
  • Please note that the customer must clear any balance before proceeding to an exchange.

Refunds

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card that was used. We may ask for further information to ensure the refund is issued correctly.

The company will not be responsible for any shipping charge(s).

Price Adjustment

We do NOT allow price adjustments on any of the items. 

Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
