Naked Zebra Return and Exchange Policy
Before returning, please call or email Customer Support at email@example.com or at (213) 749-8004 to retrieve a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This must be written outside of the return box/envelope. Please note that any returns sent without a RA# will be refused and sent back to sender and no refund or exchange will be issued. Merchandise must be returned new and have all original tags attached. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Return/Exchange will not be accepted if any of the above is violated.
HOW TO RETURN
For current and regular priced items, you must submit your request for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, and all returned items must be postmarked within 14 days from the date you received the merchandise in order for us to process your request.
We suggest that you return the item(s) using a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number and include the RA# provided on the outside of the box. Please make sure that shipping is prepaid and the package is insured for full replacement value. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling costs are NOT refunded.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
If you are returning item(s) for exchange, please note the item(s) that you would like in return by filling out the exchange section on the return form. We will contact you if there is a price difference. For all exchanges made, we will pay for the shipping out to you. You are responsible for returning the goods in a resalable condition.
Please make sure that the shipping is prepaid and the package is insured for full replacement value. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
