We only offer store credit once we receive the item. We do not offer refunds.
In order to exchange, you must return your item first. We will issue you store credit, in which you can then repurchase any available items.
Defective items MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter. To do so, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with photos clearly identifying the damage.
If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your package with photos clearly identifying the incorrect item.
Certain sales, promotions and one time products will be marked as final sale.
We do NOT allow price adjustments on any of the items.
Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
